BPO – First Insurance Industry Administration Services Agreement

Building on our long standing IT service contracts with major Sydney-based insurance clients, we concluded our first business process outsourcing agreement for administration services. The client is a commercial underwriting and broker group based in Sydney, and the majority of the administration services will be serviced from our cost effective offshore operations.
